About the Foundation
The name is a person. The work is the point.
The Foundation carries the name of Mary F. Dahn, and it began with a simple observation: young people in Bong Mines were finishing school without a clear next step, and the community around them had the means to help but few ways to organise it.
So the work started where it could be measured — a mentorship day, a cohort of Grade 12 students, a practical course delivered on the phones people already own. Each of those has grown carefully rather than loudly.
Today the Foundation runs into Monrovia, works with partner schools and organisations, and keeps its programme status visible: what has been delivered, what is coming, and what is still only a proposal.
